Disappointment!

My last blog was about hopes and dreams. We all have them, from childhood to young adulthood, then in our senior years. We also have disappointments, throughout life. It becomes harder as we become older.

They say being disappointed is part of life. It teaches is to be strong, move on, and don’t grieve over what we missed. What we seem to forget is all the times we have had surprises that not only were satisfying. New bicycle, then a new car, actually a used car when we’re sixteen. Now it’s off to college, after college? Looking for that perfect job in the profession we have chosen for ourselves. Only to become disappointed when we’re told “sorry not hiring. Try back in a few months.”

Same answer over and over. Every place you go. Your dreams are quickly up in smoke. Being foolish, we begin dreaming all over again. It seems we never learn our lessons, do we?

Well those that read this blog, I hope and pray, you never stop dreaming and having thoughts for a better future. You know we’re the ones that screw up our dreams by having a big heart, always giving to others before ourselves.

Well, I hope you have a pure heart, never take people for granted, never take advantage of anyone, be sure to teach others like you would like to be treated. Keep dreaming, even if its small dreams, never give up, they will come true if you are patient.

                                                May God Bless!
