HOUSE HUNTING

House hunting, what joy! Not!!
Anyone that has been in the market for a house knows there are as lot of different web-sites to put in your requirements and the things you want in a house. Here is where the hunt becomes tricky. Say this is your first house.
The first house you want to be perfect, right? Everything you look at is either two small, no parking, and as you walk in, you feel claustrophobic. This will never do, but the price is right. Next on the list meets all of your demands and is absolutely perfect. Then comes the price, you budget is  "X" and they want "YXY".
Now you are several properties in like thirty or more and none are right. So it's back to the drawing board. Okay if I give up this and make that maybe we can do, but will I be happy? This is a thirty year fixed mortgage. Do I have to stay here for thirty years? I'd rather die!
Well what do I have to do to find the place I really what? Work seventy hours a week and save for the next ten years? I'll be dead in five. No that won't work either. There has to be a better solution to this problem, you state to yourself.
Then comes the solution. Someone talks to you about what to do. They tell you keep your tiny house for five to ten years, sell it and then buy a bigger one, even if it doesn't meet all of your standards.
Remember you can add or talk away what you don't like and with a little imagination you can take that house and turn it into your home.
Relax, close your eyes, simply remember to breathe. It's out there, you just have to be patient.
May God Bless...…...
